CIECA Debuts New Build Process for Collision Standards

CIECA announced that it has completed the 2020R1 release of the CIECA standards for the collision industry.

The Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association (CIECA) announced that it has completed the 2020R1 release of the CIECA standards for the collision industry.

“The highlight of the release is a new automated build process for the publication of CIECA standards,” said Charley Quirt, technical project coordinator for CIECA. “This is a significant change and will help ensure consistency and provide better quality assurance.”

CIECA hosted a CIECAST webinar about the release titled, “CIECA 2020R1 Standards Release – Enhanced Quality Assurance Tools & Processes.” Andy Bober, a software engineer at Entegral, played a key role in the development of the release and shared information about the new build process.
