Farmers Insurance has named Brown’s Collision Center in Bentonville, Ark., the 2012 Eastern Division Shop of the Year.
The shop was selected from 663 collision repair centers in 23 states. The decision was based on criteria including estimating skills, service volume, quality of repair, customer service and community involvement.
The award was presented Wednesday, April 18 to Brown’s CEO Keith Brown by Randy Webb, district supervisor, and Kent Snider, Farmers Arkansas COD direct repair field consultant.
