Mike Anderson to Offer Free Seminar at NORTHEAST 2021

Anderson will team up with Jake Rodenroth to present, “It’s Not Just About DTCs: Overview of Calibrations” on Friday, Sept. 10.

The Alliance of Automotive Service Providers of New Jersey (AASP/NJ) announced that its flagship NORTHEAST Automotive Services Show scheduled for Sept. 10-12 at the Meadowlands Exposition Center (MEC) in Secaucus, N.J., will feature a free seminar by Mike Anderson of Collision Advice.

Anderson will team up with Jake Rodenroth to present, “It’s Not Just About DTCs: Overview of Calibrations” on Friday, Sept. 10 at 5 p.m. at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Secaucus Meadowlands, located just steps from the MEC.

Anderson and Rodenroth will explain why one can’t rely on DTCs and how and why live data must be viewed. Attendees will gain firsthand insights on calibrations and how to position for the future to ensure safe and proper repairs. Attendees will learn about verifying the horizontal and vertical specifications of the ADAS components, test drives and why they matter, what issues will not trigger DTCs, and documentation for reimbursement and liability.

NORTHEAST 2021 registration now includes free educational opportunities for all attendees Friday and Saturday. The slate includes:

  • OEM Workshop: Ford Discusses Accessing Repair Information, Collision Sectioning Procedures for Aluminum
  • It’s Not Just About DTCs: Overview of Calibrations
  • Collision Repair 2035: Trends and Technologies that Will Force the Collision Industry to Reinvent Itself by 2035!
  • Getting and Staying Certified – OEM Repair Requirements and Relationships Intertwined
  • Productive Refinishing Processes
