Blake’s CARSTAR Collision Center Earns Top CSI Award

Each year, CARSTAR Collision Services awards its top franchisees for success in performance and customer satisfaction at its National Conference. This year’s winner for outstanding Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) among the 280 CARSTAR stores nationwide is Blake’s CARSTAR Collision Center in LaPorte, Ind. Blake’s CARSTAR had a CSI rating of 99.7 percent in 2007 and has been the recipient of the top CSI award in its sales category for five years in a row.

In a presentation ceremony at Blake’s with CARSTAR executives on hand, Dan Bailey, President & COO of CARSTAR, presented Scott Blake, franchise owner operator, and his 10 staff members with the CARSTAR 2007 CSI Award.

“Our entire staff takes great pride in winning this award,” Blake said. “We’re constantly trying to improve our service, so it’s a great feeling for our store and all of our associates to be recognized.”

Blake has been in the automotive industry since 1978. He purchased his first collision repair facility in 1996 and joined CARSTAR in 1997. Blake’s CARSTAR Collision Center specializes in collision repair and offers 24-hour towing service and free customer pick-up and delivery.
