California Casualty Names Fix Auto a Preferred Partner

California Casualty has named Fix Auto USA a preferred provider of collision repairs for its customers. As California Casualty grows and the need of their customers dictates, Fix shops that are a part of the DuPont Performance Alliance will be given preferred consideration, the company said.

“Fix Usa is very excited about the opportunity to grow with California Casualty,” said Fix Auto USA Vice President of Client Services Ron Guilliams. “California Casualty is a great business partner. Their professional customer demographics demand an above average customer experience. We are proud to be trusted to fulfill this need with each and every customer.”

California Casualty Material Damage Manager and AVP Michael Lloyd added, “We have successfully worked with Fix USA over the past several years. This agreement provides us a single point of contact at Fix USA in order to ensure compliance with our program. This benefits not only us but our mutual customers. This streamlines the processes which is vital in today’s work environment. We value the relationship that we have experienced with Fix USA.”
