ADI Releases Production Plus V9.0 with Photo Management

Arthur B. Dahm, president and owner of Automotive Disciplines, Inc. (ADI) announced the release of his company’s newest body shop management software solution Production Plus V9.0 with Photo Management.

Production Plus was originally released in 2006 and has been enhanced multiple times based on input and suggestions from customers, ADI says. Photo Management another example of those suggestions that make this body shop management system more practical.

Photo Management gives body shops a new way to manage digital images both in active customer files and those closed and saved to history. Additionally, photos can be easily accessed to be attached to emails created in Production Plus. Photos can also be attached to the system’s automated repair status update module, CSL (Customer Status Link), which gives vehicle owners, insurance and car rental companies online access to repair status updates.

“With Production Plus, customers can set their system feature rights and security settings to best fit the shop’s own needs. If there is a feature you want to use, simply activate it. If not, deactivate it. System rights can be set based on an individual’s log on, total staff log on or a combination of both. The system also gives the shop owner easy access and edit capability to each customer file, as well as easy re-access to a closed file," said Dahm.

Production Plus manages sales, scheduling, calendars, production, dispatching, parts, communications, digital imaging, cost control, gross profits, cycle time and more.

ADI also offers qualifying shop owners a free, no obligation 30-day in-shop test drive of Production Plus.

“I believe that the proper use of time, manpower and operational processes necessary to run the average body shop is in need of help. In the past year or so, administrative staffing in many body shops has been reduced in an attempt to control costs only to worsen this problem. That’s why we think an affordable and easy to use management system is the answer to a shops future success," said Dahm.
