I-CAR Expands Presence at ASRW; Latest to Sponsor MSO Symposium

I-CAR will have an expanded presence next week at Automotive Service & Repair Week (ASRW), featuring training courses, on-floor education, booth space and is the newest company to sponsor the Multi-Shop Operator (MSO) Symposium.

Technical training courses will be held Wednesday, Oct. 5, and Saturday, Oct. 8. The four-hour classes are $93 each and may be purchased on-site at registration. I-CAR will also present its Technology Showcase on the show floor, each day of the Expo (Thursday, Oct. 6-Saturday, Oct. 8). Technology Showcase sessions will be one hour in length and are complimentary to all attendees.

John Van Alstyne, I-CAR CEO and president, said, "Returning to ASRW in 2011 provides I-CAR the opportunity to meet face-to-face with key members of the industry, and to offer participants a selection of I-CAR’s most current training programs. Additionally, for the sixth consecutive year, we will be hosting the I-CAR Technology Showcase. By participating in events such as ASRW, our goal is to better serve the education and knowledge needs of the collision repair industry."

Additionally, I-CAR is the most recent addition to the growing list of sponsors for the MSO Symposium, a new event scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 6, exclusively for multi-shop operators.

"I-CAR consistently has a significant presence at ASRW, and we are thrilled they have stepped in as a sponsor of the highly anticipated MSO Symposium, in addition to all of their other participation in the show," said Ron Pyle, ASA president. "Their commitment to the collision repair industry through their support of ASRW makes a statement to the industry and reflects their position as a leader within the industry, and we’re grateful for their support."
