The Alliance of Automotive Service Providers of Minnesota’s (AASP-MN) meeting and convention will be held February 27-28 at the Holiday Inn St. Paul East, St. Paul, Minn. The event’s line-up includes programs for mechanical and collision repair shop owners, managers and technicians, as well as industry suppliers.
Friday’s schedule includes sessions on telephone skills, closing sales, body shop safety, “green” collision repair, spot welding, management, winning over female customers and an I-CAR hybrid electric and alternative fuel vehicles course.
Saturday’s line-up includes sessions on P-pages, spot welding, fuel efficiency, business strategies and saving money on insurance.
In addition to the seminars, AASP-MN will provide several opportunities for attendees to network and socialize with their peers. A social activity is planned for Friday evening with industry vendors displaying their new products and services and a dinner at the Lake Elmo Inn.
