AkzoNobel Acoat Selected Slates Third Leadership Summit

AkzoNobel will host its third Leadership Summit for members of the Sikkens Acoat selected program. The event will be held Sept. 25–27 at the Running Cougar Ranch located near Houston, Texas.

Entitled "Discover U Leadership Summit," the 2-1/2 day  session will help attendees to evaluate their personal goals and leadership skills, then fine-tune the skills necessary to lead more effectively.

The training will address managing expectations, increasing accountability, creating a vision, identifying and eliminating barriers to success, improving listening skills and more, AkzoNobel says.

"The Leadership Summit will help collision repair shop owners and managers focus on achieving their business and personal objectives, while learning how to share their vision and
enthusiasm with other team members," said Mike Sillay, North American services manager, AkzoNobel Coatings. "In this challenging economic environment, developing effective
leadership skills is more essential than ever, and honing the ability to motivate and inspire others can make a tremendous difference in business success."

Acoat selected members can register for the summit online at www.acoatna.com/discover.
