Assured Performance Network has produced marketing program materials for body shops to help them succeed in the future. It includes the book “Break on Through! Reinventing Body Shop Marketing, Sales, and the Customer Experience,” by Scott Biggs, chairman and CEO of Assured Performance. The book has two parts attracting customers and keeping them and an addendum with resources and sample materials.
Assured Performance has also produced three video CDs: “Marketing and Advertising a Body Shop,” “Selling the Repair” and “Customer Satisfaction Assurance.”
The marketing program is available to Assured Performance Network members at no charge. Shops outside the network can purchase the program, with proceeds going to Assured Performance Collision Care, Inc., a 501(c)(6) nonprofit consumer advocacy organization. “Break on Through!” and the three videos can be purchased individually or as a package at www.marketing4bodyshops.com.
