Audatex North America to Debut Technology Platform at NACE

Information provider invites attendees to visit their booth (N1401) to check out AudaNet and enter a drawing for a new smart car.

Audatex North America Inc. has announced it will debut AudaNet, its intelligent, next-generation claims and collision repair platform, for the North American market at NACE 2012 in New Orleans, Oct. 10-13.

Built on technology used for years across 20 European countries, AudaNet already processes more than 30,000 transactions daily. It has been optimized for the American market to connect insurers, independent appraisers, repair shops and vehicle owners, and serves as the technology platform upon which Audatex’s U.S. claims and collision repair solutions are built, offered and delivered.

"From the first moment a collision occurs until that claim is settled, AudaNet is designed to streamline the entire process while providing vehicle owners with the best experience possible," said Wolfgang Ahrens, managing director, Audatex U.S. "By addressing the persistent challenges that take place throughout the claim and repair life cycle, AudaNet unifies the myriad steps unlike any other solution available on the market.”

AudaNet provides optimized outcomes to insurers by maximizing efficiencies and customer satisfaction while also reducing loss adjustment expenses (LAEs). For repair facilities, AudaNet delivers peak operational performance by increasing repair accuracy, reducing cycle times, maximizing customer satisfaction and optimizing shop success. Finally, AudaNet enables maximum vehicle owner satisfaction by informing and empowering customers to get them back on the road as quickly as possible.

Audatex will debut three solutions powered by the AudaNet platform that consist of various combinations of product modules and are targeted to different segments of the automotive claims and repair market:

  • AudaNet Enterprise is intended for insurers and multi-shop operators (MSOs) who are focused on strategically managing and optimizing the automotive claim workflow from first notice of loss (FNOL) through settlement.
  • AudaNet Xpert is targeted towards collision repair shops and appraisers who are responsible for efficiently and accurately providing estimates, repairs and evaluations of damaged vehicles.
  • AudaNet Driver offers vehicle owners self-service communications tools, such as the ability to track the repair status of their vehicle.

In addition to previewing other new and upcoming products, Audatex will give away a new smart car as a grand prize to an event attendee who enters the drawing at the company’s booth (N1401).
