California Shop Earns PPG CertifiedFirst Status

Alchemy Auto Painting & Collision Repair Inc. announced it’s the first shop in the Corona, Calif., area to be named a PPG CertifiedFirst shop, and Alchemy’s business is growing because of it. The shop, which works with all major insurance companies, has been
asked to be a part of several companies’ DRPs since it was given
CertifiedFirst standing, Alchemy President and CEO Scott Beetler said.

“Since achieving the CertifiedFirst status and maintaining 100 percent CSI approvals, several very large and respectable insurance carriers have inquired about having Alchemy join their list of direct repair-approved centers,” Beetler said. “We sincerely appreciate the confidence that our insurance partners place upon us in referring their insured clients to us to repair their vehicles.”

The goal of every CertifiedFirst approved facility is to deliver the
highest level of quality repair work and professional service,
guaranteeing customer satisfaction, according to PPG’s web site. Beetler said Alchemy Auto Painting & Collision’s “hassle-free” service and quality repairs helped the shop earn its place on PPG’s list of top-notch shops.

“We are proud to join this exclusive group of quality conscious auto body repair facilities,” Beetler said. “We’ve invested a substantial amount of time, effort and resources to make sure we have the best people, practices, equipment and training to ensure we deliver the best quality repairs to our customers.”

To earn CertifiedFirst status, Alchemy completed independent audits by Underwriters Laboratories measuring customer satisfaction. Visit Alchemy Auto Painting & Collision’s Web site at www.alchemyautopainting.com.
