CCC ONE Total Repair Platform, UpdatePromise.com Announce Integration

CCC Information Services Inc. today has integrated its
CCC ONE Total Repair Platform workflow solution with the automatic status
update messaging services of UpdatePromise.com. UpdatePromise.com keeps repair
customers informed of repair status by automatically sending messages via text,
e-mail or both.

"With more than 70 percent of adult cell phone
customers now using text messaging, consumers expect frequent and relevant
updates from service providers – whether it’s a package delivery, flight status
or an update on the status of a repair," said Jim Dickens, senior vice
president of the Automotive Services Group at CCC Information Services Inc.
"Repair facilities can create an unsurpassed user and customer experience
by combining the power of CCC ONE Workflow’s integrated and intuitive repair
process with the information tools of UpdatePromise.com."

Curtis Nixon, president of Flash of Genius, Inc., the
parent company of UpdatePromise.com, said the updates are informative without
making the consumer wade through a lot of content.

"Our service communicates with repair customers
consistently throughout their repair experience in an unobtrusive format,"
said Nixon. "Customers prefer to be kept in the loop about the important
steps in their repair; they don’t need to be drawn into all of the details.
This feature enhances the communication between shop personnel and their
customers, resulting in higher CSI scores. Body shops benefit from improved
customer satisfaction, reduced administration costs, and increased sales as a
result of the system’s unrivaled communication and marketing capability."
