Collision on Wheels Expands in Arizona

Greg Longe, President of Collision on Wheels (CW), We Come to You, has awarded a new CW franchise in Arizona in the Metro West Valley area.

Collision on Wheels (CW), We Come to You, is a national franchise company specializing in mobile paint and collision repair. The franchise services a niche market of consumers who don’t have time to take their vehicles to body shops for small collision repairs and who are reluctant to make a claim to insurance companies.

This trend is cited in a collision industry research study conducted by the consulting firm, Frost & Sullivan in 2005. The study found that consumers are becoming more reluctant to report small collisions due to the concern that premiums would increase. The study identified “cosmetic repair” as a growth area of the industry that falls into two categories: consumers who need quick repairs because they plan on selling their cars and those who have been in minor accidents and prefer to pay out of pocket rather than file a claim.

Founded in 1987 by Louis Mancina and John Maio of Warren, Mich., CW has awarded 45 franchises in major metro markets since franchising began in January 2007. Other CW Arizona franchise locations besides the West Valley area include Tucson and Greater Phoenix.
