Fix Auto Names New VP of Client Services

Fix Auto USA appointed Ron Guilliams its national vice president of client services. Previously, Guilliams served as Southern California business development vice president, working for Fix Auto members in the Los Angeles area.

Guilliams will oversee all of Fix Auto’s national and local insurance relationships and will coordinate local marketing efforts with business development managers throughout the country. He also became a partner in six Fix Auto Collision Centers in Southern California.

Guilliams spent his entire career in the retail automotive industry, starting at Saturn Paint and Body Repair in Fountain Valley, Calif., in 1993. He joined Fix Auto in December 2001 as vice president of quality assurance and led the development of Fix Auto’s Quality Management System.

Guilliams is a participant in the Collision Industry Conference (CIC) and is past president of the California Autobody Association (CAA). He also participates in national industry advisory councils and facilitates conferences on quality assurance for shops and insurers. He is a frequent speaker at industry events, including NACE, CAA and the Fix Auto National Conference.
