Georgia Collision Industry Association to Hold PartsTrader Injunction Discussion

Guest speakers will include attorney John Eaves Jr., John Mosley of Clinton Body Shop and Steve Plier with the Alabama Automotive Repair Industry Society of Excellence.

The Georgia Collision Industry Association will be holding a discussion on the PartsTrader injunction on Thursday, Jan. 16, 2014 at DoubleTree by Hilton Atlanta-Marietta located at 2055 South Park Place in Atlanta, Ga.

Guest speakers will be attorney John Eaves Jr., John Mosley of Clinton Body Shop Inc. of Clinton, Miss., and Steve Plier with the Alabama Automotive Repair Industry Society of Excellence. They will be leading a discussion on the PartsTrader injunction and the short-pay case. A similar meeting was held in Florida on Nov. 20, 2013.

The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. with a catered dinner and runs until about 9 p.m.
