GM PART-ner Program Now Has 900 Qualifying Parts

General Motors (GM) announced that it has expanded the number of qualifying parts for its GM PART-ner collision parts loyalty program to 900 parts. The qualifying parts are some of the fastest-moving collision parts GM offers and make up more than 75 percent of the new aftermarket parts business on GM applications. The 900 part numbers are the same parts on the “Bump the Competition” dealership price-matching program.

“Some body shops earn thousands of dollars annually for doing something
they’re doing anyway – buying genuine GM collision parts,” said Ron
Saetermoe of Automotive Associates (GM PART-ner Program Headquarters).

Enrolled independent body shops earn two GM PART-ner points worth 1 cent each for every $1 spent on the 900 qualifying part numbers. Points can be redeemed for gift cards or gift certificates from Lowes, Sears, Best Buy, American Express, I-CAR and GM Dealer Equipment. Enrolled body shops also receive Enterprise Rent-a-Car upgrade coupons and discounts from a number of body shop vendors including I-CAR, GM Dealer Equipment, Chief Automotive Systems, AutoWatch and more.

Body shops can enroll in the PART-ner program for free at a local GM dealership.
