Innovation Auto Establishes Partnership with Gerber Collision and Glass

Innovation Group’s Innovation Auto division for accident management services for the property and casualty industry has announced that it has finalized an agreement for collision repair services with Gerber Collision and Glass. The new partnership expands Innovation Auto’s U.S. Network to over 1,900 shops.

Innovation Auto says Gerber proved to be an especially good choice in large part due to Gerber’s strong and consistent performance at meeting Key Performance Indicators, including: estimate accuracy, cycle time and customer satisfaction.

“Not only does Gerber meet our high standards, but they have demonstrated that they are extremely easy to work with,” said Bob Cornelius, Innovation Auto’s vice president of network strategy. “This combination of quality service and ease-of-doing business provides our customers an effective and single point of contact for any issues that may arise.

“The addition of the Gerber Collision Team is the latest initiative in our effort to expand our Network while continuing to delivering Best in Class service to our clients.”

Founded in 1937, Gerber Collision & Glass is a wholly owned operating division of The Boyd Group (US) Inc. Currently operating 47 collision repair and auto glass centers in seven states, Gerber has over 800 employees. For more information on Gerber, visit www.gerbercollision.com.
