Collex Collision Experts, a multi-shop operator with locations in Florida and Michigan, is holding a job fair Aug. 1 to fill about a dozen positions within the company.

At the job fair, Collex says qualified candidates will be given an on-the-spot interview and an upfront view of one of the company’s state-of-the-art facilities.

Available positions include: auto body repair technician, frame technician, parts coordinator, collision damage evaluator, auto painter, repair center manager and customer service representative.

Attendees can pre-register for the event online at www.collex.com/jobfair.

“With all of the recent dealership closings, I’m positive there are qualified people out there looking for work,” said Collex President of Human Resources Rick Gagliano, who handles hiring for all 14 Collex locations in Michigan and Florida. “We want individuals with integrity, attitude of teamwork, self-motivation, who take great pride in their work quality to join our team.”

The job fair will take place on Saturday, Aug. 1, from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Collex’s Clinton Township, Mich., store at 44700 Enterprise Drive. Admission and parking are free.

Collex Collision Experts is a family owned business that started over 30 years ago and continues to persevere during these challenging economic times. The company has plans for future expansion in both Michigan and Florida. Collex attributes its success to its well-trained, dedicated staff.
