DuPont and Yada Systems announced the integration of the Web-based DuPont Performance Services business improvement tools with ProfitNet Management System, which will provide a communication path from ProfitNet to DuPont’s business improvement tools and eliminate the need for ProfitNet customers to rekey information.
With this integration, DuPont says body shops will see improved front office efficiency by automating marketing processes. Shops can choose to enable insurance agents, car owners and other third party marketing programs targeted at building repeat and referral business.
