I-CAR, the Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision
Repair, has announced that registration for the 2011 I-CAR Industry Event is
now open and available on the I-CAR website. The event will be held July 19-21
in Salt Lake City, Utah at the Sheraton Salt Lake City Hotel.

Peter Senge, Ph.D., is the keynote speaker at this
year’s event. Senge is a senior lecturer at the Massachusetts Institute of
Technology and author of the widely acclaimed book, "The Fifth Discipline:
The Art and Practice of The Learning Organization." Senge will highlight
the event’s theme of "Technology & Education – Achieving New
Heights" through discussing the importance of learning organizations in
today’s business world and how organizations can enhance the capacity of all
people to work productively toward common goals.

In 2008, Senge was named by the Wall Street Journal among
the top 20 most influential business thinkers. The Journal of Business Strategy
(September/October 1999) named Senge as one of the 24 people who had the
greatest influence on business strategy over the last 100 years, while The
Financial Times
(2000) named him as one of the world’s "top management
gurus." Business Week (October 2001) rated him as one of The Top (ten)
Management Gurus.

"I-CAR is pleased to have Dr. Senge as its keynote
speaker at the 2011 I-CAR Industry Event," said John Van Alstyne, I-CAR

maximize their potential through education and training can help to develop
strategies that foster a more efficient workplace, which is a common goal
among many organizations.
