PPG’s MVP Business Solutions Launches New Marketing Portal

Online portal will allow users to develop targeted marketing lists and conduct direct mail, telemarketing and e-mail campaigns, all from one system.

PPG’s MVP Business Solutions team has launched an online marketing portal designed for use by PPG collision repair shop customers. The announcement was made by Norm Angrove, senior manager, PPG Value Added Programs, at the recent MVP Business Solutions Conference at the Paradise Point Hotel in San Diego.

The portal, developed in conjunction with Infogroup, Inc., a U.S.-based, global provider of business information, will provide MVP collision centers and CertifiedFirst Network participants access to industry-leading U.S. and Canadian business data as well as U.S. consumer material. Available exclusively at www.ppgmvp.com, the new portal will allow users to develop targeted marketing lists and conduct direct mail, telemarketing and email campaigns, all from one system.

“We’re excited to work with the MVP Business Solutions team and their customers to create top-notch marketing campaigns,” said Joe Lemoine, president, Infogroup Mid Markets Division. “With its special breed of marketing assists, we’re confident that the PPG Marketing Portal will help MVP and CertifiedFirst Network shops reach their target audience effectively and maximize their ROI.”

Infogroup’s extensive capabilities and resources enable targeted sales, effective marketing and astute research solutions through the portal. Their information banks power tools and insight for businesses to efficiently and effectively reach customers and prospects using multiple channels, including search engines.

“When we announced this new marketing tool to customers at our sold-out conference, it was no surprise that the response was overwhelmingly positive,” said Angrove. “Given the tough economic climate that collision centers are dealing with, this innovative Web portal will provide a ‘turbocharged’ assist for strengthening their marketing initiatives.”
