RDF Introduces ‘Green’ Paperless Transaction Process

RDF Enterprises LLC introduced “Xpress Checkout” at NACE 2008, which enables collision centers and other businesses to go “green” and paperless. Companies can send documents, repair authorizations, credit card authorizations and warranty information through a safe and secure encrypted e-mail. They can also secure electronic signatures and speed up the delivery process.

“Xpress Checkout” provides a safe and secure encrypted Web site. Customers receive an e-mail with a link to a secure site and then are able to review the documents and sign them electronically or print, sign and fax back into an automated fax server. Documents are stored on secure servers.

Shops can now track when files have been received and request return receipts, deliver files that cannot be delivered via unsecured e-mail or are too large for e-mail, password encrypt and navigate firewalls, maintain an audit trail and help organizations comply with regulations, deliver and complete web forms online, access an administrative console that provides visibility into transactions and also access a document repository that provides transaction history as well as the ability to retrieve previously signed documents.
