USA Collision Centers Opens Fifth Location in Cincinnati

The Sanfillipo Collision Group, owners of USA Collision Centers, a Cincinnati-based MSO, recently opened its fifth location in the Greater Cincinnati area. The newest USA Collision Centers location is in Fairfield, Ohio (a northwestern suburb of Cincinnati).

Chief Operating Officer and company spokesman Joe Sanfillipo III said, “We’re excited about the new location in Fairfield. We have wanted to be in this market for many years but have never had the right opportunity until recently.”

The location that USA Collision Centers moved into was formerly a Saab dealership. The dealer principal had three locations between the Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio, markets. Last summer, the dealer decided to consolidate from three locations down to two.

“Thankfully, due to the size of our new facility, we are finally able to consolidate our corporate offices,” Sanfillipo said. “Prior to opening this location, our corporate offices were scattered among multiple locations.”

The four other USA Collision Centers locations are in the Greater Cincinnati communities of Price Hill, Harrison, Sycamore Township and West Chester.

“We’re proud to have our corporate headquarters in Fairfield,” said Sanfillipo. “The City of Fairfield has been exceptional in working with us from converting the former dealership with no body shop into a modern collision repair center.”

The new Fairfield location, which opened earlier this month, is off to a quick start, said Sanfillipo.

The Sanfillipo Collision Group is a Cincinnati family-owned and operated business offering over 40 years of expertise in the automotive repair industry. Its first location opened in Price Hill in 1975. They have received numerous customer service awards and average a 97 percent customer satisfaction rating.

Sanfillipo also represents the automotive service industry as the president and chairman of the Automotive Service Association of Ohio (ASA), which represents over 300 independent collision and mechanical shop owners throughout Ohio.
