A milestone has arrived for Matrix System Automotive Finishes, as this year it celebrates 30 years in the automotive paint industry. Matrix System has announced plans to reveal a throwback label and new commemorative logo in honor of the occasion.
“We have known for over three decades that the industry demanded a lower cost option versus the major paint companies and we were right," said Dave Brunori, executive vice president. "In celebration of our 30 years, we have designed a ‘throwback’ label for one of our longest-standing clearcoats: MS-20 High Performance Urethane Clearcoat. The label resembles one of the very first labels we marketed — the “Space Matrix” from the ’80s.
“This is a milestone that we couldn’t have reached without the strong support of our distributors, body shops, or employees. We want to send a huge ‘thank you’ to everyone for making us a trusted part of their lives all these years,” he concluded.
