AVI OnDemand Announces Live Training Course Offerings

Free or discounted online classes covering vehicle system diagnostics and service offered to automotive technicians.

AVI OnDemand, a training website with more than 100 hours of streaming educational videos, announces a series of free or discounted educational webinars for automotive technicians.

The Live Training course schedule and description is as follows:

  • Thursday, Feb. 6, 2-3:30 p.m. EST
    Sprinter Diesel Diagnostics

    Bob Pattengale, national training manager for Robert Bosch LLC will present a training class on Sprinter Diesel Diagnostics, focusing on common rail injection systems and the differences between the 2.7 and 3.0 engines.

    Cost: $19.95 (normally $49.95)

  • Friday, Feb. 7, 10-11 a.m. EST
    Practical TPMS Service

    Mike Rose of Bartec will host a free class on TPMS service and technology. He will dive into common diagnostic and service issues, providing real-life solutions.

  • Friday, Feb. 7, 2-3 p.m. EST
    In-Vehicle Battery/Starter/Alternator Diagnostics: Past, Present, Future

    Along with some basic electrical system diagnostics, this class will also cover many of the changes the automotive industry is seeing from multiple manufacturers. The "operating logic" manufacturers are adopting will also be discussed.
