The WIN event, which starts at 4 p.m., will take place at the Doan Group in Covington, Ga.

Principio has worked in the collision industry for more than 20 years. In her role as a BASF APS coordination manager, she supports customers through the hands-on BASF APS program that focuses on eliminating waste to reduce cycle time and delivering cars faster. She has been a WIN member for six years.

Attendees will enjoy networking and the panel discussion followed by Q&A.

“WIN offers a unique support system in our male-dominated industry,” said Principio. “Through mentorship opportunities and meetings like this event, WIN women are able to see themselves as successful women in our industry, and can pave their own paths to be industry leaders. WIN has given women a platform to be seen and heard throughout the automotive industry.”
