LJI Collision Center, a modern take on the auto body repair shop with a distinctly feminine twist, officially opened its doors today in Orange Village, Ohio, on the east side of Cleveland.
LJI, founded, owned and operated by sisters Lauren Giarrizzo Angie and Jill Giarrizzo Strauss, builds upon nearly 30 years in the auto repair industry and featues an indoor drop-off and delivery customer reception area with Wi-Fi, a coffee center and television viewing area. But perhaps the most surprising is an art gallery that features original art from local and national artists, including hand-wrought jewelry, an assortment of glassworks, photo greeting cards and pottery.
Angie and Strauss, along with their father, business advisor and collision center expert Michael Giarrizzo Sr., have capitalized on their family’s 60-year history in the business to create a collision center that not only utilizes state-of-the-art technology but carries that level of sophistication to the customer experience as well with a lifetime warranty on parts and labor, rental car and towing assistance, pick-up and delivery, and 24-hour assistance.
“Women especially are taking an active role in their car repairs, and we aim to provide our customers, men and women alike, with the compassion and sincerity this industry needs and our customers deserve,” says Angie, managing partner, LJI Collision Center.
Added Managing Partner Strauss, “We’re excited to bring this level of body repair sophistication and superior customer service to the community. Our mission is to build confidence in every customer and retain customers for life.”
A ribbon-cutting ceremony with Orange Village Mayor Kathy Mulcahy will be held at a later date and will be followed by an open house.
