Certified Collision Group Announces Addition of Arizona and California MSOs

Brighton Collision Centers of Chandler, Ariz., and Alioto's Garage of San Francisco have been selected to join CCG's 1stCERTIFIED initiative.

1stCertified-logoCertified Collision Group (CCG) announced that two MSOs have been selected to join CCG’s 1stCERTIFIED initiative.

Brighton Collision Centers began operating in 2005 with their first location in Chandler, Ariz. According to CCG, their pledge to quality repairs and premier customer service has allowed them the opportunity to quickly expand. Now with five locations and a sixth underway, Brighton is Arizona’s largest independent collision repairer serving the Phoenix, Chandler, Casa Grande, Mesa, Glendale and Ahwatukee communities. Starting in the industry over four decades ago working at his father’s shop, CEO David Baum owns and actively operates all locations. Brighton’s commitment to repair quality is supported by its I-CAR Gold and Verifacts VQ status.

“CCG provides Brighton a unique and effective solution to the competitive challenges we face in Arizona, particularly as our industry consolidates,” said Baum. “We can now compete in an enhanced manner and on a level playing field, while retaining our community-centric brand. CCG’s strict affiliate selection process ensures that we are associated with only high-quality, KPI-focused collision repair businesses.”

Alioto’s Garage of San Francisco was founded in 1939 by Frank “Babe” Alioto Sr. With three locations covering San Francisco, third-generation owners Matt and Chris Alioto continue to manage this well-known business. Long recognized for its commitment to quality repair and customer satisfaction results, Alioto’s Garage has achieved I-CAR Gold and VeriFacts VQ status while attaining several significant OEM certifications, including Porsche and Tesla.

“As the collision repair segment’s competitive landscape continues to evolve, CCG provides Alioto’s a national relationship management platform to compete more effectively based on our highly advanced repair capabilities and proven ability to achieve our client’s KPI objectives,” said CEO Chris Alioto. “CCG’s non-intrusive approach and adherence to a strong vetting process positions Alioto’s to benefit from both our strong local market reputation and CCG’s national brand.”

CCG affiliates are centric to collision repair consumer satisfaction, insurer partnerships and certifications. Both current and future 1stCERTIFIED participants are required to consistently deliver verifiable, market-leading performance in repair capabilities, customer satisfaction, cycle time and loss of use management.

“The selection of Brighton and Alioto’s are additive pillars to CCG’s 1stCERTIFIED initiative,” said Thomas Adams, CCG managing director. “This expansion further validates a strong value proposition for independent collision organizations focused on certifications and partnerships to grow their market share. In a highly complex and competitive environment, organizations like Brighton and Alioto’s seek out viable alternatives to develop and enhance both current and new strategic partnerships. Our mission at CCG includes furthering stability and results for these leaders.”
