Fix Network Celebrates Second Year of Leadership Development Program

Over the past two years, the program has equipped emerging leaders with essential skills and knowledge to excel within the organization.

Fix Network has announced the successful completion of its second year of the Leadership Development Program. This achievement not only underscores Fix Network’s commitment to nurturing leadership excellence but also emphasizes the organization’s support for its franchisees across all brands.

Launched in 2022, the Leadership Development Program has exceeded expectations, setting new benchmarks for leadership capabilities within Fix Network. Over the past two years, the program has equipped emerging leaders with essential skills and knowledge, empowering them to excel in their roles and drive positive change within the organization.

At the heart of Fix Network’s success is its dedication to fostering a strong, cohesive team.

“Strengthening our team is more than just reinforcing Fix Network; It’s about bolstering all our brands and empowering each of our franchisees,” said Steve Leal, president and CEO of Fix Network. “Our Leadership Development Program not only shapes exceptional leaders within our organization but also enhances the support we provide to every franchisee under the Fix Network umbrella.”

The program’s comprehensive curriculum, rooted in evidence-based research and behavioral principles, ensures that participants graduate as confident leaders capable of navigating real-world challenges. By bringing together diverse talents from various sectors of the organization, the program fosters collaboration, innovation and adaptability, creating a vibrant community of thought leaders.

“Leadership development strengthens not only our internal teams but also amplifies the support we extend to our franchisees,” said Anita Gouveia, director of people development for Fix Network. “Through enhancing self-awareness, building trust, and fostering innovation and collaboration, our leaders become catalysts for positive change, benefiting our entire network.”
