North Carolina MSO Announces Multiple Elite OEM Certifications

The 12 OEM certifications now include a BMW Certified Collision Center, a Mercedes-Benz Certified Collision Center and a Tesla Approved Body Shop.

Relentless Collision, a new MSO based in North Carolina, announced it has been awarded multiple elite OEM certifications over the last four weeks.

The 12 OEM certifications now include a BMW Certified Collision Center, a Mercedes-Benz Certified Collision Center and a Tesla Approved Body Shop. The Raleigh, N.C. location expects to add additional luxury certifications in early 2021.

The company was founded in 2019 by Todd McGowan, a former auto body MSO CEO and owner. New locations are under development in Cary, Charlotte and Durham, N.C. These new center openings are forthcoming in the second and third quarter of 2021.

“We intend to serve all makes and models of vehicles with the same level of service we provide to BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Tesla owners,” said McGowan. “Our company is distinguished by quality repairs at competitive cost with comprehensive alignment and collision ADAS on site. We’ve seen too many vehicles without proper ADAS checks and are working to help customers understand the importance of calibrating these safety systems. We are on a mission to raise the market standard for collision repair quality and safety.”
