ProColor Collision Appoints New Director of Franchising

Phillip Gallimore has 16 years of experience in the automotive insurance industry with GEICO and 10 years in the motorcycle industry.

ProColor Collision announced it has added Phillip Gallimore to its team as director of franchising.

Reporting to Scott Bridges, senior vice president of USA Fix Network, Gallimore will oversee the ProColor Collision business development and franchise support teams. Together, these teams create opportunities for prospective ProColor Collision franchisees to join the network and receive ongoing training, branding and operational excellence support to help drive each location’s growth and success.

“Expanding the ProColor Collision presence in the United States is only possible with a strong team who can clearly and confidently communicate the advantages of joining the ProColor Collision network,” said Bridges. “Phil’s deep understanding of the insurance industry and shop operations position him to talk with shop owners from their perspective.”

Leveraging 16 years of increasing responsibilities in the automotive insurance industry with GEICO and 10 years in the motorcycle industry managing service, sales and parts operations, Gallimore is ideally suited for this new role.

“In an industry increasingly focused on consolidation, I’m ready for this opportunity to work with the growing number of U.S. ProColor Collision prospects and franchisees,” said Gallimore. “ProColor Collision is invested in creating a competitive edge for the individual business owners and the brand. That is proven in ProColor Collision’s growth in the last year and is just a fraction of what the coming months will bring.”
