Washington Metropolitan Auto Body Association Launches Labor Rate Survey

Survey aims to determine retail labor rate in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C.

The Washington Metropolitan Auto Body Association (WMABA), in conjunction with CSi Complete, has announced the availability of its labor rate survey. The survey aims to determine the retail (posted) labor rate in the Washington Metropolitan market (Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C.) by an independent third party.

Shop identities will not be published with the results of this survey and will remain confidential. Names are only needed to track demographics and ensure that only one survey is cast per facility location. If a company is represented by more than one location, WMABA asks that a survey be completed for each location.

As required under Federal Antitrust Laws (Title 15 of the United States Code), "no participant shall be allowed to discuss any subject relating to prices charged, discounts offered of any nature, or hourly rate with other participants," according to WMABA.
