AutoBody-Review.com Hires Tom Zoebelein as Director of Marketing

AutoBody-Review.com, a Flash of Genius company, has announced its recent hire of Tom Zoebelein as director of marketing. Within this role, Zoebelein will lead the AutoBody-Review.com Strategic Accounts Team.

The company says Zoebelein’s proven background in the trade show business will bring valuable leadership to the organization and strengthen the brand to both consumers and the Auto Body industry. He is a veteran of the NACE, SEMA and AAPEX shows.

“From the moment I met Tom, I knew he was a perfect fit for our company,” said Curtis Nixon, president of Flash of Genius. “Tom brings marketing and design service experience for local auto body collision centers across the nation. His experience led to a connection to the National Auto Body Council, helping to improve their trade show presence and rebranding the organization as a whole. This really caught my attention.”

In 2010, Zoebelein opened Stratosphere Studio to move from trade show marketing to digital marketing. At Stratosphere Studio, he worked with industry veterans such as CIECA, Verifacts, Fix Auto and Collision Hub, and started inbound marketing for auto body shops, generating as many as 60 Web leads a month through the Internet for individual shops.

“The industry seeks market-ready proven technologies backed by a strong organization,” said Zoebelein. “What I saw in the Flash of Genius suite of auto body marketing tools including UpdatePromise.com and AutoBody-Review.com, was opportunity — opportunity for shops to expand their ability to reach, convert and service today’s digital consumer, and also opportunity to build a brand for a fast growing industry leading company.

“I’m really excited to be a part of this organization and create a real change in how consumers explore the online reputation of the body shops,” he continued. “With AutoBody-Review.com, consumers are better prepared to explore shops that their friends, family, insurance or dealers recommend to them.”
