Limited Time Discount for I-CAR Introductory Courses Ends July 30

Businesses can save at least 30 percent on the series, which serves as an overview of the collision repair industry.

I-CAR has announced that the limited time, introductory pricing offer for the Intro to Collision Repair Series will end July 30, 2012. The entire series consists of 14 online courses, and inter-industry businesses can save at least 30 percent through this offer.

I-CAR introduced the Intro Series in April, responding to the need within the collision repair industry for entry-level training on the basics of the collision repair process. Designed through guidance from the industry, the new training series will be especially beneficial for those who are new to collision repair and to those working in related collision industry roles, including customer relations staff, claims adjusters, call center teams, front office support and career and technical school students.

The Intro Series, comprised of a set of 14 one-hour courses, provides a comprehensive overview of the collision repair process and collision repair-related concepts, such as vehicle and repair terminology, construction materials, and vehicle parts and systems. After completing the Intro Series, individuals will be able to more clearly explain the collision repair process to customers, answer basic customer questions more easily, reduce call hold time and transfers, and interact more confidently and efficiently with internal and external customers on matters related to collision-damaged vehicles and the repair process.

Introductory pricing is available to qualifying customers through July 30, 2012, after which time prices for each course will be adjusted to the cost of 14 credit hours.
