The Refinish Distributors Alliance (RDA) held its Spring Membership Meeting May 15 and 16 at the Embassy Suites in Baltimore, Md. The event centered around the theme of future changes in the PBE distribution model and how distributors can be best prepared for such changes.
Among the event’s speakers was Clifton Lambreth, who delivered a speech called "Doing Things the Right Way." He worked more than 26 years for Ford Motor Company and was one of only three people in the world to receive the 2008 Ford Leadership Award.
"The objective of our meeting was to provide valuable information that will help each member improve their business model and market approach in this continually changing landscape, and we accomplished that goal," said Robert McKenzie Jr., RDA executive director.
