ABRA Auto Body & Glass Continues Illinois Expansion

ABRA Auto Body & Glass announced it has acquired Consolidated Auto Service Center in Forest Park, Ill. The news follows ABRA’s initial entry into the state last spring. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The recent growth in Illinois is part of the company’s aggressive and ongoing strategy to increase its national footprint. ABRA is one of the collision industry’s largest multi-shop repair operators in the U.S. and states that it uses an “operational excellence philosophy that significantly improves our operating metrics, distinguishing us from competitors and making us a preferred option for insurance carriers and vehicle owners.”

“This newest acquisition in Illinois not only complements our current presence in the state, but offers our customers and insurance partners more options,” said Duane Rouse, ABRA’s president and CEO. “We are pleased with the positive outcomes we’ve achieved in just a few short months and look forward to accelerating our success in the near future.”

Added Daniel Hurt, owner of Consolidated Auto Service Center, “ABRA’s strong national reputation and their superior customer service benefits the community and will allow our employees to grow and flourish in the years ahead.”
