Collision Repair Education Foundation Invites Industry to Sponsor Student Safety Kits

To help promote the importance of professionalism to high school and college collision students and ensure that students stay safe this school semester, the Collision Repair Education Foundation is offering industry members the opportunity to sponsor student safety kits.

For $50 per kit, each student will receive a technician shirt, work pants, safety glasses, ear plugs and a disposable dust mask. Companies sponsoring at least 100 safety kits will have their company logo screen printed on the back of the technician shirts. The Collision Repair Education Foundation will work to have the sponsored safety kits provided to schools that are local to the sponsors.

“It’s never too early to start communicating to collision students that dressing and acting professionally in a workplace environment is important for a successful career,” said Collision Repair Education Foundation Director of Development Brandon Eckenrode. “Future employers and customers want to see this type of look, and engaging the students now will hopefully instill this mindset in the students. These collision student safety kits will help bring a new level of professionalism and improve the image of the school’s collision program.”
