Keenan Auto Body Lumpkin Donating 2005 Dodge Dakota to The Little Sisters of the Poor as Part of Recycled Rides

MSO participating in NABC's Recycled Rides program for eighth year.

Keenan Auto Body, Inc., a member of the National Auto Body Council (NABC), is preparing the finishing touches to its contribution to Recycled Rides, a community awareness project whereby NABC participating shops receive insurance company-donated vehicles, repair them and recycle them to families in need through local charities.  State Farm has donated a 2005 Dodge Dakota to Keenan for its part in this nationally recognized program of giving back.

“We are in the final stages of completion,” said Mike LeVasseur, Keenan Auto Body president and COO. “Our crew has worked diligently to completely restore this Dakota and not only to make it roadworthy again but safe as well. I would like to personally thank State Farm for donating the truck, LKQ Corp., Church’s Auto Parts and D’Ambrosio’s Auto Group for generously donating all the parts needed for a safe and proper repair and our staff for their commitment to excellence and seeing this project through to its fruition.”

The Charity set to receive the truck is The Little Sisters of the Poor, and the reveal ceremony is set to take place at The Little Sisters of the Poor in Philadelphia on Friday, December 12.

“This is our eighth year being a part of the Recycled Rides Program and we couldn’t be prouder,” said Craig Camacho, Keenan Auto Body’s marketing director.
