Discussions on Labor Rate Surveys and Steering to be Held in California

The purpose of the discussions is to provide interested and affected persons an opportunity to present statements or comments regarding the contemplated regulations.

The California Department of Insurance will hold pre-notice public discussions regarding changes to the California Code of Regulations, Title 10, Chapter 5, Subchapter 9, Article 7 (“Auto Body Repair Labor Rate Surveys” and “Anti-Steering” Regulations).

The purpose of the discussions is to provide interested and affected persons an opportunity to present statements or comments regarding the contemplated regulations.

The Southern California discussion will be held on April 3, 2015 at 10 a.m. at the California Department of Insurance in Los Angeles in the 1st Floor Hearing Room. RSVP by March 30, 2015. The Northern California discussion will be on April 16, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. at the California State Library in Sacramento in Room 500. RSVP by April 13, 2015.
