Dynabrade Announces Acquisition of National Detroit Pneumatic Tools

Pneumatic abrasive power tool manufacturer's production operations will be relocated to Dynabrade’s Clarence, N.Y., headquarters.

Dynabrade, Inc., an abrasive power tool manufacturer, announced that it has completed the acquisition of the assets of National Detroit, Inc., located in Rockford, Ill., a manufacturer of pneumatic abrasive power tools. Terms were not disclosed. Production operations will be relocated to Dynabrade’s Clarence, N.Y., headquarters.
