Axalta Refinish Training Launches Learning Campus in North America

Axalta Learning Campus will allow learners to personally register for traditional Learning and Development Center classes as well as provide links for eLearning, quick tip-type videos, webinars and more.

Axalta Refinish Training has launched the Axalta Learning Campus in North America, a new way to access training content and track progress. The company made this move to keep pace with changing customer demands and expectations, and in anticipation of future trends.

“Training needs and demands have grown significantly in recent years, and the proliferation of social media, powerful search engines such as Google, and advanced communication technologies including smartphones, tablets and more have transformed the way people get and share information, including how they learn as well as how fast they learn,” the company stated.

The Axalta Learning Campus will provide learners with the ability to personally register for traditional Learning and Development Center classes as well as provide links for eLearning, quick tip-type videos, webinars and more. The Axalta Learning Campus will enable learners to select the content that is most important to them so that they can expand their knowledge and be more productive.

The Axalta Learning Campus can be accessed at the axalta.us website or directly by logging onto http://www.axaltalearningcampus.com. Once on the Axalta Learning Campus, learners can create personal profiles and select the classes and eLearning modules for the products they use. Personal profiles become the path for communication about the training programs and product information that are most important to each individual.

The Axalta Learning Campus learners will now use their own email addresses when registering for training. They can also add a business email address, their Axalta sales representative’s email address and their jobber’s email address, if desired.
