Dent Wizard International Corp. Acquires KhS Global

dent-wizard-logo-updatedDent Wizard International Corporation (“Dent Wizard”) announced its acquisition of Know How Systems Global (“KhS”), a St. Louis-based provider of high-volume automotive services and repairs to automotive OEMs and insurers.

KhS provides three primary offerings across the hail and automotive manufacturing/logistics channels – diversified fleet services, claims management and appraisal services – primarily in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. KhS provides solutions to automotive OEMs and insurance companies at manufacturing plants and transit sites where automobiles being shipped or held may be damaged. KhS also delivers value to insurers by streamlining the claims management process through its direct repair program and by providing fast and accurate assessments of catastrophic event exposure.
