Uni-Select Inc. announced that it has expanded its mergers and acquisitions team in both the U.S. and Canada to support planning and integration in alignment with growth objectives.
At FinishMaster, Craig Stevenson was appointed vice president, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Jeff Sharp was named manager, Mergers and Acquisitions Integration. At Automotive Canada, Robert Price was appointed vice president, Business Integration, Automotive Canada.

Stevenson, as the vice president, Mergers and Acquisitions, is responsible for all business aspects, including management of cross-functional teams and leading integration process planning. His industry expertise and program management skills will drive successful post-acquisition growth. Stevenson has 37 years of experience, most recently as regional vice president for FinishMaster’s southern region.
Sharp, as manager, Mergers and Acquisitions Integration, is primarily responsible for tactical integration efforts. His proficiency in financial analysis will support due diligence, planning, budgeting and other key components to ensure a successful merger. Sharp has 17 years of industry experience, most recently as director of business analytics.

Price, as the vice president, Business Integration, Automotive Canada, is primarily responsible for tactical integration efforts in Canada as well as for all business aspects including management of cross-functional teams and leading integration process planning. Price has over 25 years experience in the operations and logistics sectors.
