CARSTAR Fred Beans of Mechanicsburg, Pa., has earned the Nationwide Showmanship of Excellence award for 2018 for its customer service, community involvement and high-quality repairs. Only nine collision repair facilities out of 4,900 Nationwide On Your Side Repair Network locations received the award.
CARSTAR Fred Beans of Mechanicsburg, one of six CARSTAR Fred Beans locations qualified for the award as members of the Nationwide On Your Side Auto Repair Network program, which recognizes facilities and their employees for excellent customer satisfaction efforts. CARSTAR Fred Beans of Mechanicsburg achieved top customer service scores of “Recommend Shop – 9.95,” “Overall Experience – 9.95” and “Carwise 4.9 of 5.”
