Waikem Collision Center of Massillon, Ohio, has announced its upcoming CE class schedule. The classes, which will be taught by Waikem Collision Center Manager Jim Shreve, will take place at the Lake Cable Club House at 5725 Fulton Drive Northwest in Massillon. Attendees will have the opportunity to earn 24 credit hours in four days.
The schedule is as follows:
May 9
8:30-11:30 AM – Aftermarket Parts Usage – 3.0 hrs.
1-4 PM – Ethics at Work – 3.0 hrs.
May 23
8:30-11:30 AM – Impact of Alternative-Powered Vehicles – 3.0 hrs.
1-4 PM – Satisfying Insureds’ Needs with Waterborne Paint – 3.0 hrs.
June 6
8:30-11:30 AM – Consumer Identity Theft – 3.0 hrs.
1-4 PM – Salvage Vehicle Parts for Insureds – 3.0 hrs.
June 20
8:30-10:30 AM – Loss Control Windshield Repair – 2.0 hrs.
11 AM-2 PM – Impact of Distracted Driving – 2.0 hrs.
LUNCH – 12-1 PM
2-4 PM – Star Quality Customer Service – 2.0 hrs.
