Nearly 200 collision repair industry professionals representing some of the largest and most progressive collision repair centers, dealerships and distributorships in North America gathered at Nashville, Tenn.’s Opryland Hotel Sept. 17-19 for the 19th annual AkzoNobel Sikkens Acoat selected Summer Conference.
The three-day event featured breakout sessions, customized performance group and individual consulting opportunities, and workshops on topics such as technology hardware, managing and leading change, building employee accountability, and negotiating successful communication strategies all designed to help propel business productivity, profitability and sustainable growth to new levels.
Conference highlights included industry keynote speaker Edward G. Campbell’s presentation on Motivational Leadership, a group dinner at the landmark Wildhorse Saloon, and the annual customer awards luncheon. Top Sikkens Acoat selected shops were recognized for their business excellence, sales performance and active contributions to their community and industry at large. The 2012 award recipients are:
