Collision Repair Education Foundation Opens Registration for 2013 Golf Fundraiser

Registration and event sponsorship is now available for the Collision Repair Education Foundation’s 12th annual golf fundraiser event, which will take place July 25, 2013 at the South Shore Country Club in Boston, Mass.

The fundraiser coincides with the Collision Industry Conference (CIC) and I-CAR industry meetings being held that week in Boston. Funds raised through the event assist the foundation in providing support to collision repair students and their school’s collision programs.

As the Education Foundation’s 2012 golf fundraiser sold out six months in advance, industry professionals are encouraged to register for this year’s golf fundraiser as early as possible.

Those who cannot attend the event but still wish to donate can sponsor golf balls ($25 per ball or five for $100) that will be dropped from a helicopter over a hole the day of the outing. Whoever sponsors the golf ball that goes into or closest to the hole will win a $1,000 American Express gift card.

Early-bird individual player registration is $225/person ($900 for a foursome team) before April 1, 2013 and $275/person ($1,100 for a foursome team) after that date. Registration includes 18 holes of golf, cart rental, complimentary beverages/snacks on the course, BBQ lunch, dinner, attendee promotional items, and the opportunity to participate in several contests on the course. Complimentary transportation will be provided to and from the week’s industry events to the golf course.
