Collision Repair Experts to Host Traveling Industry Symposium

Fix Auto USA program to offer practical context to a rapidly-evolving industry that is presenting new challenges to repairers on a daily basis.

Collision Repair Experts (CRX), a division of Fix Auto USA, is sponsoring a limited-seating, traveling symposium featuring a lineup of seasoned industry professionals.

“Are You an Expert?” will make its first stop at the Hilton San Jose and Towers on Tuesday, April 23 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. The program has been designed to give practical context to a rapidly-evolving industry that presents new challenges to repairers on an almost daily basis.

In keeping with the CRX philosophy of providing tools and methodologies that help collision repairers achieve success, subject matter is designed to be applicable with practical information that can be put to use when attendees return to their businesses. Speakers include the following:

  • Greg Horn, vice president of industry relations for Mitchell International, will talk about consolidation, insurance trends and their effects on collision repairers.
  • Ron Kuehn, president of Collision Business Solutions Inc., will cover the fundamentals of what it takes to drive cycle time management, a discipline essential for collision repair organizations that wish to outperform their competitors.
  • Tim Clark, senior vice president of insurance services for Fix Auto, will provide his perspective on how driving consistent operations and program compliance across a multi-location operation creates value for the participating shops while exceeding a carrier’s expectations.

In the coming months, the Collision Repair Experts “Are You an Expert” symposium series will be traveling to Orange County/Los Angeles, Calif.; San Diego, Calif.; Portland, Ore.; Seattle, Wash.; and Denver, Colo.
