Freight Buddy Now Available in Mitchell RepairCenter ToolStore

Internet-based freight quotation and scheduling service logical value-add for collision repair customers, Mitchell says.

Reviva Logistics is has announced a new partnership between its Internet-based freight quotation and scheduling service, Freight Buddy, and Mitchell International. As a result of the partnership, Freight Buddy is now available in the RepairCenter ToolStore catalog.

The Freight Buddy and Mitchell partnership was created as a logical value-add service for Mitchell’s collision repair customers. Many of these customers regularly buy and sell automotive parts, but until now have lacked a simple and easy-to-use method of shipping these critical parts to and from their repair centers.

“Freight Buddy is a powerful addition to the RepairCenter ToolStore,” said Brian Elmi, senior manager of product management at Mitchell. “By offering the Freight Buddy add-on in the ToolStore, shops will have the ability to schedule and track a shipment through their RepairCenter workspace, saving them time and effort.”

Added Ben Goodwin, president of Reviva Logistics, “I encourage people to review their old freight invoices and then visit our website from ToolStore to input the same information. You will be able to sample our prices and get a feel for how easy and efficient Freight Buddy is to use, not to mention how many dollars will be saved. Our current customers can attest to the fact that our website is intuitive and customer service is top-notch, and that the entire freight quote process can take as little as 45 seconds.”
